Do pods have toilets?
Pods with their own bathrooms will usually have a toilet, sink and shower. The toilet will usually be a composting toilet, which is environmentally friendly.
What to do about toilets when camping?
All reputable campsites will at least have a toilet block and washing facilities. Many people however choose to take a portable toilet , some toilet chemicals and a toilet tent to the campsite and stick it on their pitch.
Can you go glamping with a baby?
Camping with babies and toddlers can be a challenge and so we have put together a collection of family glamping holidays for all the family to enjoy, whatever the age. Think real beds with duvets and hard floors with log burners and kitchen facilities and lots of outdoor fun.
How do I keep my glamping tent cool?
- Set your tent up in the shade.
- Use a reflective sunshade over the tent.
- Use a portable air conditioner or cooler in your tent.
- Use a sheet instead of a sleeping bag.
- Check the weather and remove your tent’s rain fly.
- Open your tent’s door and vents if it has any.
